Wir waren für eine Woche in diesem Hotel und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr nett und herzlich. Das Frühstück hatte eine tolle Auswahl und uns schmeckte fast alles sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir hatten sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Für unsere Erkundungen von Neapel und der Amalfiküste hatten wir uns einen Mietwagen angemietet - man konnte sowohl draußen auf dem Hotelgelände als auch in der Tiefgarage kostenlos parken. Sehr gepflegtes Außengelände mit Palmen etc. Vielen Dank für alles, wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Excellent Hotel and Restaurant in Naples
This was our second stay at the Hotel Ristorante Donato and again we were very pleased with our visit there. Our room was immaculate and we slept well. We chose a room towards the front of the hotel. Though it faces the street, we like the view beyond towards the hills. The noise of the traffic did not bother us much as it was hot and we had the air conditioner on. Every morning between 7 and 10 there is a breakfast buffet with delicious choices for practically any kind of diet. Bread, fresh fruit, tomatoes, cheese, cold cuts, eggs, cereal, joghurt, juice and lots of choices of cakes. The mozzarella balls were the best I have ever tasted and I was especially happy every morning to see them being served. The espresso coffee is excellent, too. The hotel's restaurant can be highly recommended for dinner in the evening. You will find a wonderful choice of local food and drink. There is also a good selection for vegetarians. I enjoyed the Gnocci alla Sorrentina which is Gnocci with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella. It was so delicious! There is free parking right at the hotel and also an underground garage if the above ground spaces are full. If we are in the area of Naples in the future, we would definitely go to this hotel again!

Schönes Hotel mit einiger Entfernung zur Stadt
Sehr nettes Personal, sind für alle Fragen offen. Einige können Deutsch, mehrere können Englisch. Nebenan ist direkt ein Restaurant, in welchem gefrühstückt wird. Hier kann man auch sehr gut etwas Essen. Wenn man wie wir ohne Auto anreißt, ist der Weg bis zur Metro umständlich. Die Busse fahren sehr unregelmäßig. Das Hotel hat aber einen „Fahrer“, es ist ein Mann, welcher einen für 10 Euro zur Metro fährt (zu Fuß sind es etwa 30min) oder für 35 Euro überall wo man hinmöchte in Napoli.

Charming Hotel When Visiting the Campania Area
We chose this hotel because we wanted a hotel close to Naples that has a fair price, free parking, and air conditioned rooms. Also previous reviews were important to us in choosing this hotel. After reading other reviews, we decided this hotel would be a good choice and we are really pleased we stayed there. The room was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed. We slept well and though the room faced the street, we slept well. There was also a balcony to our room. The free breakfast buffet gave us a delicious start in each new day. Free parking is on the premises as well as a gararge underneath to park. The staff was friendly and most helpful when we had any questions. They also have maps of Naples and are very informative when you have a question about going to the city to see the sites and which metro stations were good for which attractions. Most spoke English and Antonio speaks German as well. The restaurant can also be really recommended! The service is elegant looking, friendly and professional. We ate there on a few evenings and each time were pleased with our dinners. Since it was warm weather, we could eat outdoors which was very pleasant. Though the area of the hotel is really not a highlight, but the hotel and the property itself are well cared for and the premises are secured in the evening. Meaning the parked cars are safe, as there is a gate they close. To enter, one has to ring the front desk to be let in.

Freundliches Personal
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man Probleme hatte, waren sie sofort zur Stelle und haben einen weitergeholfen. Es war sehr sauber, jeden Tag wurde aufgeräumt und geputzt. Das Zimmer war ein wenig düster gestaltet und die Dusche war sehr klein. Außerdem gab es zum Frühstück überwiegend nur Süßigkeiten und kaum Herzhaftes. Die Lage war nicht optimal, da man sehr lange auf den Bus warten musste bzw. der Bus einfach an einem vorbeigefahren ist. Allgemein aber ein sehr schönes Hotel.

Sauberes Hotel mit sehr freudlichem Personal
Sehr,sehr freudliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.Hotel war sehr sauber und genau so wie im Bild ausgesehen.Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl und das Abendessen war auch sehr gut und der Preis war real.Dieses Hotel würden wir nochmals buchen.

Io,mio marito e le mie 2 bambine, abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura. Ci siamo trovati benissimo , personale gentile ed accogliente, posizione della struttura in un posto comodo,parcheggio auto predisposto per gli ospiti dell'hotel, abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione dove tutto era squisito. Ultima nota positiva hanno accettato anche l'ingresso della nostra cagnolina. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a tutti.

Personale professionale e gentilissimo ! Purtroppo il letto matrimoniale era composto da 2 materassi singoli, quindi al centro vi era una fastidiosa "riga" di giunzione dei materassi, ma tutto sommato ho dormito benino.

L'Hotel potrebbe essere tranquillamente un 4 stelle. Il ristorante è il vero fiore all'occhiello: ottima cucina e servizio perfetto. Parcheggio gratuito che non è da sottovalutare.

Wasn’t even parked yet and an employee started to yell that I had 5 min to check in and then park the car. Check in guy was abrupt and took time to take in the info from passport so the guy from parking yelled even more at me for being there more than 5 min. Area very sketchy. It was cheap but not en enjoyable stay. Dining room was surprisingly very nice. They had live lobsters etc.

We brought a car so don’t know how accessible it is if using a public transport. Going to the hotel, the area seems shady, we were starting to be concerned if we made mistake in choosing the hotel. But then we arrived to a nice hotel with secured parking at the basement. The room was clean and we had a balcony. Breakfast is Italian continental style. 1 kind of cold cuts and cheese, sliced fruits and different kinds of pastries, I only like the croissants and the coffee. The restaurant looked nice so I made sure to have dinner there. Food was good, big portions and good price. Bottle of wine was cheap. 9 euro. Other restaurants normally charge 15-20 euro for a bottle of wine. The staff are friendly, especially Sacha at the reception.

Excellent service, great courtesy from everyone, convenient for the airport, for the city, for everything. I would suggest a wider choice of alternatives to cow's milk for those with allergies or intolerance to dairy.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast, ample parking. In general it was a good place to stay althoug the surrounding area is not so nice. The hotel by itself is very good and service excellent , the morning manager was always attentive, we appreciated that very much.

Di passaggio
Camera e bagno spaziosi, letto comodo. Colazione abbastanza varia e buona. C'è il parcheggio anche al coperto. Personale cordiale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Vicino c'è la possibilità di prendere dei mezzi pubblici per andare a fare un giro a Napoli ( andata circa 1 ora). L'unico neo, la doccia non era presa bene, rubinetto e attacco della doccia, un poco rotti e la chiusura delle ante scorrevoli, non era perfetta. Comunque ottimo hotel, da ritornarci.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa struttura. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Ci hanno accolto per fare il check-in nonostante fosse poco prima di mezzanotte senza alcun problema (li avevamo avvertiti ma sono stati comunque gentili). Altro punto positivo sono le macchine che vengono parcheggiate al -1 quindi al coperto e al sicuro. Colazione buona ma potrebbe essere migliorata con qualche aggiunta salata. Nel complesso un ottimo punto di appoggio.
