Ich bin froh, dass ich die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und den Komfort der Betten genossen habe, aber es tut mir leid, dass ich Schwierigkeiten hatte, die richtige Wassertemperatur in der Dusche einzustellen. Wir empfehlen immer unsere Gäste, wenn nötig, unsere Mitarbeiter der Unannehmlichkeiten während Ihres Aufenthaltes zu informieren, um zu versuchen, die Situation sofort zu lösen. Es tut mir leid ich unseren kostenlosen Shuttle-Service nicht an Ihre Bedürfnisse angepasst gezählt haben, aber ich möchte klarstellen, dass der Dienst 7 Fahrten vom / zum Bahnhof zu bestimmten Zeiten zur Verfügung stellt. Wir sind auch stolz darauf, das einzige Hotel in der Gegend zu sein, den Service kostenlos und leider zu bieten, auch wenn wir möchten, können wir die Bedürfnisse aller unserer Kunden nicht erfüllen. Was unseren Standort angeht, kann ich sagen, dass es sicherlich eine günstige Lage ist, da es nahe am Bahnhof liegt, auch wenn es etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt ist. Sehr geehrter Christian Zuerst entschuldigen wir uns und wir sind natürlich sehr entmutigt, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht so positiv war wie die von anderen Gästen, die ihre Kommentare auf dieser Seite gemeldet haben. Wir wissen, dass jeder Aufenthalt Erfahrung anders ist und wir immer ernst nehmen jedes Feedback. Ich weiß, dass unser Standort nicht so attraktiv wie einige Bereiche des Zentrums zu sein scheint, aber das ist ein Ort bequem zu bewegen, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und zum Flughafen, und dann mit unserem kostenlosen Shuttle-Service ist leicht zu bewegen ein paar Minuten. Darüber hinaus während des Tages bietet der Geschäftsbezirk die Möglichkeit, einkaufen zu gehen und aus einer Vielzahl von Orten zu wählen, um Pizza zu essen, während bei Sonnenuntergang wird es der ideale Ort zum Joggen. Ich entschuldige mich, dass Sie nicht sofort Ihre Beschwerde gemeldet haben, wir würden sofort eingreifen. Wir laden unseren Gast ein, alle Anomalien während des Aufenthalts zu melden, denn sobald der Gast gegangen ist, können wir nicht mehr schnell auf das Thema einwirken.
