Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming apartment in Nantes, ideally situated right in the heart of the city. Located on the 5th floor (no lift), this accommodation can sleep up to four guests.

It comprises a lovely living area opening onto a small balcony, a separate, fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. The Chapeau-Rouge flat offers you every comfort for exploring our city, whether you’re here on business or for leisure.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a comfortable lounge/dining area, a double sofa bed (140x200), a table, a coffee table, a TV and Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped kitchen including: microwave, oven, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A parking space in a secure car park

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…. Historic sites, parks and gardens, as well as contemporary facilities, make the city centre neighbourhood the heart of the city’s appeal. Just a stone’s throw from Place Royale, a pedestrianised area of great symbolic significance, it is also a popular venue for artistic, festive or political gatherings.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the residence’s secure car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Gare Nord, about fifteen minutes away by tram
- Nearest airport: about 30 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in about 20 minutes
- Tram lines 1, 2 and 3

The Le Chapeau-Rouge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You’ll be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
