Finde Nanshan Blumenpark Hotels

„The hotel is very modern and well-designed, everything works perfectly! We liked the breakfast, very big choice of food. We also enjoyed afternoon tea from 2 to 4.30 ☺️ The staff at the reception and at the dining hall are super nice, friendly and helpful - they speak very good English and German. The view from lounge zone is awesome! We had the best experience staying in Shenzhen, thanks to Pagoda hotel team 😍“

„Good and very friendly service“

„Clean and easy access to subway, and the back of hotel lot of local resturant ( eastern or western style food“

„Excellent hotel by Shangri-La!!!“

„The room was spacious and clean. All the staff there is nice. However, the staff did not tell us what facilities were included. The drinks in the fringe are free. But the staff did not made know to us until we rang and asked. The breakfast was very very local and choices are very very limited. Quantity was also horrible as the local travelers take a lot. I only have a cup of coffee and that is.“

„Everything meets okay quality only.“

„Excellent stay. Not all the staff speaks English, but one person was really helpful. Free coffee and nice lounge. Near subway station, easy access. Would book again“

„Very clean, nice and quiet hotel. Will definitely come back and stay again.“

„Worse hotel experience in Shenzhen . Staff at reception don’t speak English . Breakfast is terrible . Impossible to eat it . Gym has just 3 « machines «  which 2 of them are broken . It’s not a gym . Just some machines places next to the washing machines . It’s a horrible hotel and with a reception staff that is very unprofessional and doesn’t speak English . “

„Prior to my arrival, I experienced a flight delay and used Expedia's "Contact Property" feature to notify the hotel that I would be arriving after midnight and would therefore require a late check-in. Having received confirmation of my booking and having already paid in full, I travelled to Shenzhen with the reasonable expectation that my reserved room would be available upon arrival. To my astonishment, when my brother and I arrived at approximately 3:00 a.m., the hotel reception informed us ...

„Very difficult to find. No information from owner on how to find location. You have to go to floor 19, apartment 1916A. When I knocked on the door no one answered. A friendly staff for the building on the bottom floor called for me and at first no one answered - finally called back 20 minutes later and took me to room. No one spoke English so be prepared for that; communication is through WeChat. Room was okay, nothing special but relatively clean“
