Creekside Condo by the Sea - Unit A

Welcome to the Creekside Condo by the Sea, located at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. This ocean front resort is situated along the shores of Craig Bay which features extravagant sunsets, mountain views, and is surrounded by the beauty of west coast nature. This is a dog friendly condo, close to many beaches and walking trails.

*One well behaved dog is welcome per group. As per strata policy, the dog must not be higher than 22 inches at the shoulder.

Creekside by the Sea is a privately owned condo. Located on the bottom floor at Pacific Shores. This 1 bedroom condo offers a gas fire place and queen size pull-out couch in the living room, and a king size bed in the master bedroom; the suite comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, in-suite washer/dryer and the full bathroom features a jacuzzi jetted tub and stand alone shower. The suite is bright and has modern linens and furnishings. The outdoor covered deck is accessible from the bedroom or from the kitchen and offers a private setting, with year-round ocean breezes and west coast woodlands.

Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1-bedroom condo style suite with a king size bed and pull out couch with a queen mattress. Suite B comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. When both suites are open, the spaces accommodate up to 7 guests. Please contact us for more details.

The parkade is free and located adjacent to the building; there is no assigned parking.

Pacific Shores Resort is located in Nanoose Bay; a west coast neighbourhood surrounded by the Salish Sea. Enjoy exploring the beaches, walking trails and the sea wall accessible from the resort. Nearby you can enjoy dining, shopping, farmers markets, festivals, galleries, museums, live theatre, musical performances, Indigenous cultural experiences, fishing, whale watching, snow skiing, and bungy jumping. The Fairwinds golf course offers an award winning, water front golfing experience and is open year round. The Seascape restaurant at the Schooner Cove Marina is open for lunch, brunch, dinner and boasts spectacular water front views.

The suite has it's own private entrance and is equipped with a lock box for self-check-in & check-out

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator located in the lobby to access the suite

Due to Covid 19 restrictions, not all amenities will be operating as usual and the pool is closed on Mondays. Proof of Covid 19 vaccination is required to use the indoor amenities.

Guests are welcome to access all the amenities at Pacific Shores Resort: fitness club, heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor hot tub, outdoor fire pits, shared BBQ's, pickle ball, basket ball courts, children play area. Paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles are available for use seasonally and as per resort policies.

- Please do not wear your shoes inside the home.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 11pm to 7am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
- If you have a pet accompanying you during your stay, please pick up after them and don't leave their waste in the yards. Pets must be on leash outdoors.

When checking-out, please remember to,

- Tidy suite, load and run the dishwasher, and wash the throw blankets from the couch if they were used during your stay.
- Please return the amenities key is returned to the hook by the kitchen sink.
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Apps and streaming accounts, such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Unit With Great Potential
We had a good stay at the Pacific Shores. Beautiful scenery, great pool and facility, nice things to check out around the area. The unit was good, but a couple nights got incredibly hot in the rooms, and with small kids were worried about it. Asked owners for another fan or AC unit but none were available, so ended up buying our own from Walmart. Washer and dryer were broken which made it difficult with two small kids (asked owner about it and no solutions provided). Lastly, felt the unit could have been cleaned more thoroughly; found articles of clothes thing from former visitors, and kids knees and feet were dirty after they playing in the unit for instance.

Great Stay
We had everything we needed, and the suite is very comfortable. Heidi was always available and great to work with. We enjoyed the privacy of the patio, you would never know you were in a resort. Would recommend and would stay again.

Nice Property
The suite was as shown in the pictures. The well equipped kitchen and other amenities in the suite were everything we needed for our stay. The suite is in a private location with a nice view of the forest. The complex itself also had lots of amenities and was quite beautiful. The indoor pool area and change rooms were top notch. The outdoor hot tub area was great with a good amount of seating. The decks on the water with gas firepits and beautiful views were a great place to relax. Communication with the property management staff was very good and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. We ate at the onsite restaurant once during our 3 day stay. The food and service was very good. Overall, we recommend the property.

Quiet corner suite by creek
The resort has lots of amenities for families- kayaking, pickle ball, pool, basketball. Trail right outside corner suite along creek to ocean. Unit is fully stocked, quiet, surrounded by trees so doesn’t see much sun. Unit was not cleaned upon arrival after 4pm. Cleaning staff came later in evening and was refunded a portion of payments. Overall, nice quick getaway.

Quiet Retreat
Excellent place to stay for getting away from urban noise. The condo is very comfortable for our stay, and the amenities within walking distance are just great. Loved the long beach walks and trails around Craig Bay. Would definitely stay again.

My girls very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They need a little work with their BBQ area. The restaurant was a disaster as they had just opened. It was a great location and was very peaceful.

Great condo!
As described. Has everything you need for your stay and the ground level is nice if you have kids and a dog who like to play outside. The only downside was there wasn’t much storage in the unit. The closets were packed with the owners stuff which I’m not used to staying in a vrbo but at least they had everything you could ever need! Would recommend for families. This resort is beautiful with lots of amenities and the restaurant is opening very soon.
