„Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was the standout. Rooms were good, breakfast good and lots of variety, location handy to small shops and restaurants, nice view down on to the lake. Only downside was the weather, quite a bit of fog, and some rain on last morning. Made it difficult to see mountains. The concierge Chau was the highlight, great English, great suggestions for food and tours. Would recommend to anyone just to meet her and enjoy her company.“

„The resort is very tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean. The highlight is the view of the mountains and the Fansipan, the spa is also beautifully designed. The staff were very friendly, after a trek with some mud they got us a new brush to clean our clothes and shoes. The procedures are still a bit bumpy in the spa and at the breakfast buffet, but I think this will improve as the hotel has just opened. We felt very comfortable here and can recommend it without reservation.“

„This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance.
