"Wundervoller Service, tolle Zimmer. Klein, aber nicht winzig. Das Personal ist großartig und das Angebot des Hotels (Waschmaschine/Trockner, Laundryservice, kleiner Supermarkt, gratis Onsen, gratis Hautpflegeprodukte) super! Für den Nestle Pool zahlt man allerdings extra. Fun Fact: Es gibt keine Klobürsten. "

"For me as a quiet person was important to have a hotel in a quiet area. Asakusa is really comfy and you can feel the mix of traditional Tokio and modern one. The staff is great and very nice! The breakfast is good and tasty, you don’t have a very big choice but you can always find something for you. The room was ver clean, also very small, for one person perfect but sharing the room with someone else could be a problem if you have 2 big suitcases. Also it’s a little bit noisy, you can hear your neighbours, maybe the reason was the strange connection door inside my room. It would be great to have a completely personal room. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view! It would be nice to have breakfast there :) I enjoyed my stay there. To subway stations you can walk through magical temple area or through shopping streets. Thank you for the opportunity to visit your nice place!:)"

"Chambre standard, très bien isolée, literie confortable. Bémol: Rangements pas très pratiques si vous avez beaucoup de bagages. Un conseil : prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel principal de l’autre côté de la rue, qui bénéficie d’une vue magnifique et d’un buffet dingue. Quartier piéton avec 1000 boutiques, du plus touristique au plus traditionnel."

"Die Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend. Es gibt 1 Waschmaschine und 1 Trockner pro Onsen (1× bei Frauen und 1x bei Männern). Onsen hat 2 Becken und ist oft sehr voll. Frühstück auf keinen Fall buchen wenn man für mehrere Tage dort ist ! Es gibt kaum Auswahl und wird serviert. Anbindung an Öffis ok... Ginza Linie- wir mussten viel umsteigen."

"Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Frühstück ist erstklassig, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen, die jeden Morgen den perfekten Start in den Tag garantieren. Mein Zimmer war nicht nur geräumig, sondern auch mit einem hochwertigen Bad ausgestattet, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Besonders beeindruckend war die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse – der perfekte Ort, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls herausragend! Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Daher gibt es von mir eine klare 10 von 10 für den Service. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt einfach perfekt. The breakfast is top-notch, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious items that guarantee the perfect start to the day. My room was not only spacious but also equipped with a high-quality bathroom that left nothing to be desired. The highlight was the fantastic view from the terrace – the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The customer service is also exceptional! The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. So, I’m giving a solid 10 out of 10 for the service. All in all, my stay was perfect. A true highlight!"
