The room was smaller than expected. For non native speakers we had to figure out on how to use the room. There was a place next to the door to insert a card to turn on the lights and ac. When we first arrived the jet was almost unbearable and I had to use an app to translate the thermostat. My biggest complaint is that a Cartier bag got thrown away by housekeeping. I wonder what else got thrown away that we didn’t notice.
However, overall the staff is very friendly and we’re able to communicate effectively in English. There’s a food court at the train station. A restaurant on the first floor and several dining options at a nearby mall. The hotel is located in a very convenient location if you are planning to take public transportation with a train station and bus stops nearby.
There is a shuttle that stops nearby the hotel from Haneda Airport that cost 2000 yen. However, I wouldn’t plan on washing your clothes at the hotel. The dryers are inadequate for large loads and can only support up to 5 kilos. I had to dry my clothes for over two hours and they still weren’t completely dry.
Overall it was a good experience and would stay there again if the needs arose.
