Dear Moshe Kollet, First of all we would like to thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We are glad that you had chosen our Property for your stay in Platanos but we are sorry that you didn't make it to stay with us. As far as we remember we have spoken with you or with the person who made the 2 reservations and we have discussed about the exact location of the Property. We have also informed you about the operation hours of the reception which are the same as published on our website. Moreover, please note that we were expecting for you on this day and we were surprised that you didn't come. We believed that due to the strong rain and the fact that we are located on a mountain and on a high altitude you decided to stay in the area that you were staying when we talked on the telephone. We were at the reception and the telephone was operating normally, so we don't really know how it was not possible to call us. Neverthless, we hope that this isolated incident will not prevent you from booking again one of our Rooms. You are more than invited to contact us directly in case you will be in the area and we will offer you a free upgrade or a free breakfast.
