As for the interior architecture of the building : it is a charming and spacious apartment of 95 sq.m with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy living room, all in a Zen environment. An absolute contemporary home, renovated with today’s highest standards of house construction.
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa chair witch can turn into a single bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both have amenities like a large closet and a smart TV 32”, a lighted ceiling fan and an air condition.
Also there are 2 bathrooms, a bathroom with a very large shower tray with water ejector and a WC with a laundry room.
In the living room there is a large sofa witch can turn also into a double bed, a sofa chair and a 65” smart TV, an open spaced kitchen, fully equipped with branded built-in electrical devices, an island table, all in the same open space and a balcony facing open town view.
The combination of grey gradated tones at walls, the japanese styling accomplished with elements of zen culture everywhere, allows a sensation of relaxing feeling.
