„No toilet seat, no toilet flush in every room!! My first room was that strong smelly that i couldn’t breathe and had to take another room. The 2nd floor was more smelly and absolutely disgusting. 4nd floor the whole ceiling was open and broken. I asked if i could get my money back after i saw the 2nd room.. but no chance so i left and paid for 3 nights without staying there.“

„ all new and clean, personell were friendly, patient helpful. - hard to find, hidden location, poor signage. a shower curtain in the shower, and a small cabinet for items such as backpack or suitcase would greatly improve room use. altogether, a simple clean place, excellent value for the money compared to simular hotels in the area.“

„the price is more expensive on place than on internet. They push us to book by internet and pay a big commision (150 to 200 pesos by night) at the website. Even to extend, no possible to pay directly the normal price. They requiere to pay on website with the commision (150 to 200 pesos by night). I stayed almost 10 days, so i spend FOR NOTHING 1500 to 2000 pesos for website commision (Expedi, Agoda, or other). It's UNACCEPTABLE...!!!!!! I'm very angry about this stupid way of traiting the ...

„Der Empfang war problemlos und nett. Das Zimmer wie ausreichend groß und sauber; allerdings recht abgewohnt. Reinigung erfolgte täglich. Der überwiegende Teil der Gäste scheinen philippinische Familen zu sein. Diese lassen ihre Kinder morgens vor 6 Uhr auf dem Hotelflur rumkrakelen. Die Türen bleiben wie selbstverständlich offen, so dass man die lauten TV-Geräusche mitbekommt. Da das Hotel ohnehin hellhörig ist, ist an Schlaf ab 6 Uhr nicht mehr zu denken.“

"Waren zum dritten Mal auf Besuch (obligatorische Tradition wenn in Cebu). Direkter Zugang vom Zimmer zum Pool bzw. Lagune ist einfach unschlagbar. Paradiesische Lagunen und Pools. Super Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten. Frühstücksbuffet (inbegriffen) war vielfältig und sehr lecker. Zudem waren Spa (15-minütige Massage) und Minibarinhalt (Cola, Sprite und Fruchtsäfte) auch inbegriffen. Waren Anfangs Oktober hier und es war gemütlich ruhig (nicht überfüllt mit Gästen), Wetter war auch gut."
