Die Umgebung ist unbedingt Empfehlenswert - zahlreiche Ausflugsziele auf kurzer Distanz. Hier kann man gut und gern ein paar Tage verbringen. Check-In im Quartier war eine Herausforderung. Kleiner Tipp: Die Rezeption ist bereits um 11 Uhr geschlossen. Daher nebenan in der Pizzeria melden. Quartier ist klein aber völlig ausreichend und wir hatten einen traumhaften Blick.

Great place to stay. One of the cleanest accomodations we have been so far in Iceland. The room is not extremely big but you have all the space you need and the room and bathroom are very smartly designed. The beds are very firm and comfortable. You have a small fridge and boiler in your room, very convenient. Definitely a place to recommend to other people.

在近零度的氣溫,居然洗澡沒熱水忽冷忽熱還是固定頻率,房間小就算了,沒熱水就大大扣分．
不知道是不是我們住的是邊間28號房,房間小但乾淨,免強還是可放個行李箱,但洗澡熱水忽冷忽熱, 在近零度的氣溫沒有熱水可洗真的大大扣分啊 ！

Perfect for what we were looking for.
Was exactly what we were looking for a great and affordable spot to stay after journeying from KEF to Myvatn in one day. Bonus was Daddis Pizza which was a great way to recover after the 6-7 Hour plus drive. Would stay again. Loved that they had a kettle on the room for us to reheat our meals and the beds were perfect!

Perfect for price paid!!!!
Great hotel and very good value. We had a room with private bath. Super clean and looked brand new. Very helpful and friendly check-in with lots of advice of things to do close by. An outstanding restaurant within walking distance. And the Northern Lights!!! Free of charge!!!! Many thanks for a great stay in a perfect location!!!!

Good place to stay, close to hot springs, volcano crater, geysers. Make sure you bring a hat with net mesh to avoid flies. Flies don't bite, but very annoying. It's like a cloud around your head.

We enjoyed our night here in our cozy room. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed coffee in the room. The shower could have used a caddy and a different shower head to improve mobility there. It might have cut down on the water leaking out onto the rest of the floor too. All in all a great place to stay!

Accommodations were great. We especially loved having a mini-fridge in the unit. The pizza place on site was a WONDERFUL addition which meant a great dinner at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again!

Expensive, uncomfortable, avoid at all costs
They claim to be a guesthouse but they do not treat you like a guest. Owner/manager refused to lend us a couple of bowls/plates for breakfast. When questioned, she claimed that the room price was high because of the private bathroom but could not include anything for guests to make their breakfast. No breakfast was available at the property. Campers pay a lot less and receive a much better deal than those paying for a room. To make things worse, the curtains were not sufficient to keep the light out of the room, which made our 2-night stay a little uncomfortable.

The location is a good base for exploring the beautiful Lake Myvatn region. The room was small but clean. Had a kettle in the room and there was a busy pizzeria at the entrance to the grounds. The mattresses were unfortunately sagging, likely because guests had minimal places to sit other than on the edges of the beds (there was one small chair in the room but the space was too tight even for a person of average height).

Would stay again if in the area
Small room with en-suite bathroom in a camp ground, there was smart use of space and we didn’t lack anything. Shower was strong and warm and the floor dried up fairly quickly. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Check in was a breeze as the staff was super friendly. Pizzeria next door where you could get nice pizzas for dinner.
