🙅No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
🔇No loud music or excessive noise, especially during late hours. Please respect the neighbourhood.
🚷No outside visitors or unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
🚭No smoking inside the house, including bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen.
🚬Smoking is permitted only in the designated back garden area.
🙏🏿Please take care of the furniture, appliances and household items.
🛠️Any damage or loss : caused during the stay may result in applicable charges.
🔌Please use kitchen appliances and equipment responsibly and switch them off after use.
⚡Please conserve electricity and water and switch off ACs, lights and appliances when leaving the room.
🚮Bathroom Care: Please do not flush any non-flushable items down the toilet. This includes wipes (even if they say "flushable"), paper towels, cotton swabs, and feminine hygiene products. A trash bin is provided in the bathroom for these items. Thank you for helping us keep the plumbing running smoothly!
