„When we reached the hotel the owner told us that they do not have our reservation but to help us they can put us in another hotel somewhere else. The hotel where they brough us is very bad, there were only 3 beds for 4 guests. Ad the worst part of it is that even if they did not have our reservation they kept the money :-). They refused to reimburse us even a part of the price. We paid a lot for a suite with Jacuzzi and we ended up in a very small room with nothing. For the same exhorbitant ...

„We stayed in the ground-floor apartment, so we can’t comment on the others. The cleanliness was good, both in the rooms and the linens, which were very clean. However, the photos don’t reflect the actual space: the entrance has only one small window overlooking a rather dim alley (not as shown in the pictures), and the rest of the apartment feels extremely claustrophobic. „We hit the jackpot with this accommodation. The owner, Anna was so lovely to deal with. Not only offered to pick us up from the port but recommended so many things for us to do. The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Not to mention the beautiful views from the front patio, I never got sick of seeing the palm trees & water.
