"Sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr motiviert und das sah man in den Details bei der Interaktion mit uns. Der Concierge Service sehr aufmerksam und korrigierte ein Missverständnis unverzüglich. Beim Frühstück sehr grosse Auswahl und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Libanesische Küche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der kleine Happen im Loungebereich. Der Pool ein Traum. Der einzige Nachteil ist , dass durch die Strasse befingt es sehr laut ist. Gerne wieder. "

Swimmingpool is fine, and the view to Zamalek is so pleasant. Step by step the splendor of days gone by must be refreshed. Hilton will perform I hope. "We spent 3 nights at the Kempinski Nile Hotel and felt very welcome and safe. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully furnished and offer everything you need. Unfortunately, despite the soundproof windows, the street noise (car horns) outside is so audible in the rooms that you almost need earplugs to sleep. We particularly liked the roof terrace with the heated pool and the amazing view over the Nile and Cairo. The breakfast buffet was also varied, fresh and delicious. The only thing is that the waiters at breakfast should always come straight away and ask if you would like coffee or tee. We would choose the Kempinski Nile Hotel again on our next visit."
