SPA area was just a sauna and steam bath with rest room, there were a couple of pools, the ones in door not really clean, the outside ones way too cold (for April) to be called thermal water.â

"Bei der Buchung war uns trotz extra Hinweis "Annex" nicht klar, dass die Unterbringung nicht dort im Hotel ist. Das Nebenhaus war jedoch nur ca. 4-5 Minuten entfernt und lag somit genauso zentral. Wir haben im 4 Stock gewohnt und das Zimmer und Bad war alles sauber und in Ordnung. Der Zimmerservice war auch gut und sauber. "We stayed in Room 124 with our family, including young kids, and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The toilet in our room was not working at all. We reported it, but were told there were no other rooms available to move us to.
This meant that any time someone needed the bathroomâincluding our kidsâwe had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the public facilities. It was incredibly inconvenient and not what we expected from a hotel stay.
No real solution was offered beyond that, and we were left to deal with the discomfort for the duration of our stay. I hope the hotel improves how it handles these situations in the future. Basic amenities like a functioning bathroom should never be an issue.
