„Matt's condo is perfect for either 4 guys or 4 couples on a golf trip. It was extremely clean and just as the VRBO description and pictures portrayed. Matt was very accommodating in letting us get into the condo a little early so we could get to our tee time. Our group will stay there whenever we go to Myrtle Beach.“

„One bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the beach: absolutely perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, new kitchen is lovely. It was spotlessly clean. Oceanfront for those who, like me, want to see and hear the surf first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and whenever we're there in between. The location is convenient. I gave it 4 stars because I really prefer a less populated area, but a one bedroom condo or cottage is very difficult to find.“

„The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is located in a busy part of town, and directly over an outdoor bar. It was easy to walk to the pier, the beach, and local establishments, but it was quite noisy at times.“

„Only thing about our room the couches were not to comfy in room 1504 love love love the water pressure an about the outside we were early morning walkers but u had to go threw the public beach access to get to beach the deck was not open till 8 so u had no were to wash ur feet u had to bring the sand back up to ur room but overall andy was a really great guy“

They did not respond to messages via VRBO or phone messages before our stay. They responded to two of my VRBO messages once I called VRBO and inquired why I was not getting any responses, but still never returned my call. „If you are looking for a clean property with a modern update, this is a great rental. The view and beach access are great! The location is very family friendly and we saw a lot of other families. Its much calmer than the Myrtle Beach area, which is what we wanted. I would stay here again, no questions. Thanks for sharing your place, our family had a great time!“
