"Everything was perfect in this stylish apartment: hassle-free self check-in, superb cleanliness, details like a kitchen towel, extra toilet paper, sponge etc. and even a free towel service after 3 days. Placed super centrally, it is easy to walk anywhere in Murcia. Parking was a bit more complicated, since I didn't want to pay for the parking garage just next door (but if you do, problem solved) and there is residential parking in central Murcia in certain hours, but you can park at the free Aparcamiento Auditorio Regional (15-2p min walk) or streets around the parking for free. One problem was that I booked an apartment thinking I booked for 3 people, turns out it was only booked for 2 but the night security solved the problem very quick and brought and extra pair of sheets - I had to pay 20 EUR more per night though. So mind the number of people you're booking for or tell them to prepare extra sheets in advance. The WiFi didn't work in the beginning but the host was super responsive and resolved the issue really fast. In general the communication with the property manager over WhatsApp was great and they provided detailed instructions for the check-in. The value was also great. All in all I'd definitely stay here again."

"Es war tolles Hotel,gute Lage, sehr hilfsbereit Personal. Ergiebiges Frühstück. Mikrowelle-Möglichkeit was warm zu machen. Zimmer groß mit tolle Ausblick. Garage in der Nähe, ganze Tag 9€.Murcia sehr sauber wunderschön. Werde wieder kommen. GRACIAS."
