Die Gegend ist ok, Clubzimmer ok
Es war nur angenehm weil wir auf ein Clubzimmer nach vielen Diskussionen upgegraded wurden. Man wurde genötigt zu das Personal zu grüßen. Der Zimmerservice musste mehrmals aufgefordert werden zu jeder einzelnen Aufgabe. Die tägliche Zimmer/Badreinigung fand sehr oberflächlich statt. Selbst bei Bezug des Zimmers wurde die Dusche und Toilette vorher nicht geputzt. Es war ok aber eben nicht gereinigt. Die Matratze ist sehr dünn und hart, selbst die Bettdecken als Matratzentopper haben da nicht geholfen. Das kleine Café ist niedlich mit netten Snacks, teuer für indische Verhältnisse. Das Essen aufs Zimmer bestellt ist nicht schmackhaft und eintönig. Vor dem Hotel gab es gute Snacks und tea. Die Wärter an beiden Eingängen machen keinen guten Job! Sie sehen zu wenn ich alleine oder zu zweit von aufdringlichen und aggressiven Taxifahrern (cab driver) bedrängt werde und greifen nicht helfend ein! Stattdessen starren Sie mich sexuell von oben bis unten an! Eklig!

Immer eine gute Option beim Intl. Flughafen Mumbai
Das Orchid ist eine der besseren, aber durchaus bezahlbaren Optionen um in Mumbai nahe beim Intl. Flughafen zu übernachten, zB vor einem Rückflug am frühen Morgen. Der Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen ist relativ teuer, ca.. 900 Rps, aber funktioniert perfekt und ist immer pünktlich. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, und der Roomservice funktioniert ebenfalls gut. Um vor dem Heimflug noch eine Mütze Schlaf zu bekommen und pünktlich am Flughafen zu sein immer eine gute Wahl.

Sehr grosse Zimmer und allgemein sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant auf dem Dach bietet einen interessanten Blick auf den Flughafen und die Speisekarte ist mehr als üppig. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Preise sind sehr moderat. Teuer wird es, wenn man einen Cocktail trinkt. Das ist ganz schön happig Das 24 Stunden Café im 1. Stock ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man in den Zwischenzeiten etwas essen will. Karte dann sehr begrenzt und der Geschmack liess auch zu wünschen übrig. Aber auch hier sehr freundliches Personal

Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Die Badezimmerutensilien sind nicht vollständig. Service im Frühstücksbereich schlecht. Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel und die Raüme niedrig. Fitnessbereich ist sehr eng und fensterlos. Einzig das Personal im Empfangsbereich ist sehr zuvorkommend.

schönes hotel für reisende/geschäftsreisende. 5 min Fußweg vom domestic terminal (wo gibt es das schon!) 5-10 min vom international terminal. pool und open top roof restaurant auf dem dach mit ausblick auf flughafen und runway. endlich mal keine aircondition.... ich mag das!

The place is good but has a lot of dust. Especially behind the reception and the for pillars which are seen from the lift of the hotel. Uncompassionate, unsupportive and not good communication at front desk I had booked for 3 nights and I had an emergency after arriving at the hotel, we had booked 2 rooms. Spoke to the person at front desk, he said ok, contact Expedia as that’s who we booked it with and if they cancel it then it’s ok. So we spoke to Expedia and they accepted and agreed. Next morning we tried to check out and was told we cannot cancel. We still have to pay. I am still in process of fighting this but dealing with a medical issue that was the emergency reason that we had to leave.

Extremely unprofessional staff. The travel desk guy saw my tattoo and started making comment about how god wouldn't like that and I wont be allowed in the heaven. Overpriced room. Doesn't have basic facilities like mini fridge, bathrobes. No hot water either, very Luke warm water. Even the ironing board was child size, took 10mins iron one shirt!

Booked 2 rooms, woke up sick. Room has rusty smell and has no fresh air circulation for both rooms we had. Windows are fixed closed. DONT RECOMMEND. Bathtub as given in amenities is only shower. Not good for aged people or any adults for that’s matter. Brown stains in bathroom. AC doesn’t work. Please put your 3 hotel policy in description so people can read prior to booking. It is 3 star hotel. Not suitable for foreigners

Your feedback regarding the fixed windows is acknowledged. The windows were designed that way for safety regulations. We consider the condition of our bathroom facilities serious; we should have delivered rooms that are stain-free. The front office must adopt a policy of seating the check in /check out customers rather than keeping us standing in Q. Arrange seats like other 5 star hotels and attend 1st come 1st serve basis. Though the Fact Check out is good practice. The restaurant staffs should need more training and attentive.

The room ordered wasn't provided. Stay was inconvenient as we ordered twin beds but a makeshift bed was arranged along with a double bed leaving the room congested and bedding uncomfortable.

We loved the traditional decor of the hotel with rich woodwork and artistic touches. The staff were friendly and the restaurants were amazing. The South Indian restaurant had very nice fare but was somewhat inefficient as dishes took a while to arrive. Self service would be better. Loved the buffet style temptations restaurant. The coffee shop and gift shop were expensive as expected. Will definitely consider staying again.

A comfortable stay
The overall stay was good and comfortable. Just that the pillows provided, even though soft, are too thick. It doesn't give a comfortable sleep. Also I found the food prices a little high. Apart form these, teh hotel offer a free airport shuttle. I took the same but at the time of checkout i was asked to pay saying that the free service is only for drop to airport from hotel and not for pick-up which was deceiving and hence should be made clear in their policies.

素敵なスタッフ
スタッフは素晴らしく、ホテルのデザインも素敵で滞在自体が楽しめるホテルです。 ビュッフェのレストランの品揃えもかなり豊富でしたし、7階のレストランでの食事は本当に美味しかったです! 一点、部屋の湿気が気になりました。電子機器が心配なほどです。空調のハズレ部屋だったのかおそらく老朽化かと。その点以外はまた泊まりたいホテルです!

First of all, this is a 3 star hotel at best (false claim as a 5 star written on the signboard. It’s one of the most disgusting hotel that I’ve stayed (I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels across the globe). The room & the hallway have this rotten smell (from the carpets) and they try to mask the stench with some awful smell of fragrance or incense. The windows in the room are fixed to the wall & can’t let the fresh air into the room. The fridge & toilet are filthy with brown stains. The bed sheet has some brown stains. The list goes on… The reception counter is super slow where male staffs were busy talking with local flight attendants. I received multiple calls during my sleep where (1) they wanted to rescan my passport (2) advertise their cafe in the lobby, really!!? I visited the cafe but was sweltering within minutes. Take my advice, if you’re from a foreign country, stay elsewhere - you will thank me for it.
