We Gas a great stay at the Leela, from the good Airport pick up and drop off, to the great food in the restaurants. We got an upgrade to the Suite at check in, the room was very good. Will surely visit again.

Great hotel with room for improvement
We have had a very pleasant stay at the Leela, and the staff had been extremely helpful and friendly!! While service was excellent, the food (dinner) could definitively have been better. The state the covers of the pool lounges were in, are way below any 5* standard! Bird droppings are certainly a problem, but they should have been cleaned, rather than just covered by a towel.

Ich kenne das Leila Hotel seit vielen Jahren. Es ist alles hochmodern - ein bisschen steif. Nicht gefallen hat mir diesmal das Essen und die Tatsache, dass kein Indisches Bier ausgeschenkt wurde (sondern Übersee-Bier).

Nice Hotel close to the airport
The Leela Mumbai is a very nice hotel, excellent service and really comfortable. Whoever travels in India knows how important this is. Coming back from the busy streets, hot a crowded places - it is extremely relaxing to find a nice and clean hotel room, drink a cool beer in the hotel bar or enjoy a massage. The hotel is very close (10min) from the airport and this makes is very practical, especially for business travellers who are on a rather tight schedule. I will definitely come back.

Eine Oase in Mumbai
Immer wieder gerne ins Leela, wenn wir in Mumbai sind. Das Personal erkennt regelmässige Gäste wieder, auch wenn man nach längerer Zeit wieder kommt und begrüßt den Gast entsprechend, das ist bemerkenswert. Ansonsten passt der Service sehr gut, der Garten ist für ein Hotel in Mumbai einzigartig, da er eben auch Ausblicke auf Grün ermöglicht, nicht nur auf Beton. Der Poll in diesem Garten ist eine Oase, deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne. Die Lage ist ideal zum Flughafen, ohne jedoch von Lärm belästigt zu sein.

Nice hotel
very Close to the Airport (5-10 min with Taxi). Rooms are spaceous, quite modern and clean. Also the conference rooms are well equiped. The Service in the Hotel is great, as in most nicer Hotels in India. Will be back there for sure.

I stayed for almost a week here. Property is large and well maintained. Room is quiet. Staff is what made all the difference though. Lokesh, Illy, Chand et al were always attentive. Even when they didn’t get something right first time, they were willing to redo it. Breakfast was delicious. I used the gym which had new equipment. I will stay here again. If I were to nitpick, WiFi was weak inside room, restaurant ushers were too stubborn in meeting my request for a window table (even though one was always available and I have a phobia), elevator key card reader was faulty. Everything else was excellent.

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at, and i travel often. The staff!—what can i say?— Every single member of the staff that I interacted with—and the staff is large and always around—every single one was super helpful and super friendly and super professional. They were more than excellent. I will stay here every time i come to Mumbai and i will recommend it to anyone and all my friends. I could talk for a whole other paragraph about the facilities, because they are beautiful and even exquisite in ways.

I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff.

Very good location for the airport. It is however style over substance. Our VIP amenity caused so much trouble - each time we wanted to use our discount we had to go to reception and they had to work it out manually. This was the last night of our holiday and it meant we spent half of it queuing at reception. However it was the room which was really poor. We did not notice until we went to bed but some one had obviously vomited all over the wall next to the bed and it had not been clean properly. There were splashes all over the wall. The toilet lid also had splashed all over it - disgusting! The phone didn’t work and so we couldn’t call reception. As we had got ready for bed we couldn’t face going back to reception so had to live with it!!! Avoid this hotel

Hotel was in a cenmtral location with excellent staff. The only negative feedback i have was the noise from banging doors throughout the night and being able to hear people talking outside my door. Besides this, was a great stay.
