Gutes Hotel in Juhu
Gutes Hotel, nicht zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt, Meer in Fußnähe, zum laufen, aber wg. Stadtlage nicht dringend zum Baden, gute Lage zum Erreichen meiner geschäftlichen Kontakte, aber sicher nicht in der Nähe der traditionellen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Hotel fühlt man sich sicher und sehr gut betreut, freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung überall.

Traumhafte Tage in Mumbai
Wir hatten Executive Zimmer mit Meerblick. Hierbei schöner Blick über die wirklich nette Hotelanlage mit Ihren Pools. Fremdwirkend und sehr entspannend angelegte Anlage mit netten Skulpturen. Sehr sauberer Strand, an dem man auch angenehm spazieren kann. Europäer wurden zwar beäugt, aber "Betteleui" gab es dort so gut wie nicht. Der Aufpreis des Executive Zimmers hat sich echt gelohnt. Das darin enthaltene extrem tolle Frühstücksbuffet sucht seinesgleichen. Die Vorteile der Executive Lounge, in der man nahezu ganztags verwöhnt wurde, bzw. seine Ruhe finden konnte und nicht zu vergessen das Airport-Shuttle (BMW 730) waren den Aufpreis mehr als wert. Am Besten hat uns die angenehme und entspannte Stimmung im Hotel gefallen. Das Personal war ausnahmslos extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten zuerst vor im Taj Mahal Palace abzusteigen. Beim Besuch des Gateway of India waren wir dann dort auch in der Sea Lounge Kaffee trinken. Das Personal war aber kein Vergleich zum JW. Wesentlich unfreundlicher und weniger aufmerksam (von 3 Bestellungen waren 2 falsch).

Vorzüglicher Service, tolle Büffets
Eine Woche Aufenthalt um eine Hochzeit zu besuchen. Gebucht war Frühstücksbuffet, Flughafen- Shuttle und Executive- Raum mit Meerblick. Wir hatten ein neu renoviertes Zimmer, sehr gut gemacht. Begehbare Dusche, Klo und Badnische sind durch Glas voneinander getrennt, sonst weißer Marmor und dunkles Holz. Zimmer mit Parkett und Dunklem Holz. Sehr gutes, neues Bett.

Decent Hotel in Mumbai Juhu Beach suburb
The JW Marriot is a very good choice if you beside Mumbai city itself want to relax by the pool or in the Spa, enjoy the excellent food and just want the safety and comfort of a 5 star hotel. Security is very high. The surroundings are worth exploring with the beach just in front and variety of shops and restos outside. Special highlights for us were the nice pool area and the sauna. Also the buffets were very good, we tried the dinner and breakfast and it was really worth it. Only downside is the distance to downtown. In the morning and evening we spent far more than an hour by taxi in very heavy traffic.

This hotel is a gem set back from the bustling streets of Juhu. All of the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly, especially those in the Executive Lounge who went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. The breakfast selection in the main hotel restaurant called Lotus was just out of this world, such a comprehensive selection of freshly prepared dishes from worldwide cuisines. I just hope that any unused food can be enjoyed by your very hard working team. We were glad that we selected the Executive Lounge option, it was a perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea mid afternoon and each evening the cocktails and snacks watching the beautiful sunsets over Juhu beach through the Lounge floor to ceiling windows. We will certainly return on our next visit to Mumbai.

Staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming. Great communication skills and always available to help or assist with any issues or problems. The rooms were fantastic in every way, the cleaning staff were excellent and always helpful and on hand to answer queries or offer advice. The hotel was exceptional in all areas and when I go back to Mumbai this is where I will stay. I highly recommend this hotel

Really good service, Tejas and Shubham at the restaurant were really nice to me! The front staff was super sweet too. The room might need to be updated with latest features but the nespresso machine in the room was heaven!!!! The only thing that upset me was the fact that they charged me 450 for a can of Diet Coke, that costs 40, Daum daum. However, the service compensates for it, I really liked the podi masala at the restaurant and the chef packed some for me. The restaurant manager knew me by name and made sure to make small talk with me. Housekeeping was real nice too, even gave me fresh flowers and fruits. Thankyou to the staff to make my stay memorable.

Personal care was taken by the staff so we feel good and have a wonderful stay. Twinkle one of the lady working there made a special welcome for my son visiting India the first time. One more lady at the reception don’t the name made sure we had all we needed during check in n check out and even offered masala tea complimentary in the morning. We traveled to Mumbai for a wedding and stayed at a couple different places. The JW Juhu Marriott was absolutely our favorite. It feels like a quiet escape from the constant chatter of car horns from the city outside. We really loved how quiet the property was even in a big city like Mumbai. The staff always went over and beyond to help with anything needed when inquired. I’m really impressed by how well the hotel was run and would absolutely come back. The massages were excellent- after having them around the world- probably my favorite massage be honest. The pool/lounge area outside was pristine- and SO wonderfully relaxing. 10/10!

Loved the small details
It was my first stay in Mumbai and a friend recommended me the hotel. Yes i am very happy i did, it exceeds my expectations! Overall everything was good but the small details that they pay attention to, makes the difference. At the pool, the face mist (very good quality) was so good. The cold refreshing towels, and the fruit sticks,, these details made the pool experience better than any where else and to remember! Also having a Salt Pool was extra bonus! Healthy and no need to go to public beach. The room details: in mini bar choices were smart, dark chocolate is not common to find but it was there! Bed was comfortable. I liked the decoration and the picture on the wall (very relaxing & spiritual). The amenities in the bathroom were good and i have to say they use very good quality of toilet roll (thats a plus) Room service was very tasty! Breakfast was super good, though i had the lounge access but I loved to repeat the main breakfast area experience. Very very large options! And the quality is super. Even the tea, icecream were exceptional. This buffet had good quality. My poached egg was perfect as if i was ordering it a la cart. And in addition to the food, the live music was so nice to have in the morning.. I wish i had more time to try spa & gym. hopefully next time..

Excellent accommodations with great service and attention to detail. The pool and garden area felt like a haven of peace and relaxation. Shopping and airport close by. Also near the Bollywood scene. All round - a winning choice!
