Our hotel room was nice and cozy and sufficient for 1 night as not much in surrounding areas. It was located close to the airport, 10 min drive, however we found it hard to locate as the actual name is Hotel royal park not ZO rooms.

Room was old but big. Big trees outside of window. Felt like I am in a park. A train station is nearby. Noise from the station was a bit bothered.

ok for overnight stay !

Though the hotel is close to international airport the location/surrounding is not good. Its ok to 1 day stay if you have to catch early morning flight. food average. service ok.

Mumbai airport hotel

Good and helpful staff. Room was ok, service was very good, room needs painting, bathroom has odor, this can be eliminated by cheap air freshener, moth balls, hotels need good sign on Main Street, it was little difficult to locate by local taxi driver.hotel close to airport.

空港に近くスタッフが親切

ミッドナイトフライトのため宿泊しました。 空港送迎無料だし、部屋は広いしWifi無料です。 最初Wifiが繋がらなかったのですが、部屋を交換してくれて繋がるようになりました。 空港利用時にはお勧めのホテルだと思います。

Very poor hotel facility

Very poor hotel rooms. Lights were not working. Rooms are congested, stuffed and anyone would feel suffocated. False ceiling wall was broken and lights were not working. Hotel is in a remote area and cannot easily accessible by others. Overall very poor experience.

Grosse deception

Choisi, car proche de l'airoport international de Mumbai, l'hotel est situe dans une zone d'activite obscure ou on n'ose pas de sortir dans la rue. Heureusement on peut manger dans le restaurant appartenant a l'hotel. On a fait reserver un taxi pour l'airoport le matin par l'hotel: au lieu de couter 100-200 Roupies (trajet pour l'airoport moins que 10 min) on nous a demandé 500 Roupies. Ceci montre le manque de respect pour le client dans ce hotel.

Coming off an international flight Iwas looking for a clean/quite place to sleep off and get some food. Got neither. For the price it was not worth it

Plus - Courteous crew members | Peaceful , Not crowded | Meets all basic hygene standards | Safe ~ Minus - Odd loaction, far from nearest train connection however, bus connectivity is convenient. Restaurent did not impress me.

Clean & Affordable

This is no luxury getaway, mostly because of the location. The hotel is clean, the staff is prompt and courteous. The rates are affordable. The location is fairly far from the sites if you are visiting, very close to the international terminal at the airport. I would stay at this hotel again, just don't expect a lovely view, just a nice clean place to stay.
