„Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. Very good restaurant and a nice cool pool.

Mr. Jitendra and his team was fabulous and they ensured our stay was comfortable.
Room Service team and restaurant team made sure they take care of each one of us including the requirements for kids.

The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.“
