„The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. „In the bathroom a large part of the frosting on the window was missing so people from the walkway outside could see directly into the entire bathroom. We had to wedge a towel up into the window to cover it so we could use the bathroom. Also there was water damage on the roof in the shower with a hole and black mould. „We spent a few days relaxing at Cotton beach and enjoyed it so much. It unit is well appointed and the complex is wonderful. The gardens and pool area is so relaxing and the facilities at the complex are a real bonus. the area is quiet, so close to the beach with walking tracks and shopping facilities very close by.
