Close to great beaches and trails The only negative would be the mention of a cafe, grocery of sorts and restaurant in the policy and about the place link. It should state that the cafe etc is currently under renovations. The deck was comfy and the fire bowl a great addition. Enjoyed overlooking the marina listening to all the boaters chitchat.“
