„We had been looking forward to coming here for a few years but it sadly didn’t live up to standard. The photos on the listing are outdated (taken when the property first opened years ago) The property is now looking tired and the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to have much of a clue! Our waitress took one drink order at a time! We have stayed in much nicer and better value for money lodges in the park. The safari however was exceptional and our ranger was outstanding in knowledge.“

The resort made no effort for guests to be cared for during outages, which happened three times a day for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Everything is electric.
