„The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of seating on the deck. Only one small complaint and it seems to be the case on other houses we have rented in the same development , that is there is no pantry, so no real space to store dry food items.“

„The home was very clean and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms for a group was great! We misunderstood and thought that the dock would be walking distance from the house, but it is a short drive away. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub, and used the kitchen and the grill - all of which were in great condition. The home is very well kept!“

„We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities. „Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! “
