„It felt more like staying at a distant relative's house than a hotel. The place itself and the rooms were very clean and the host along with other workers were very helpful and kind. There was nice selection offered for breakfast and all the jams were homemade. Overall it was a great experience. The only thing that would've made it better if shampoo and conditioner was available in the showers. “

Phantastic hotel in best location

"This brand new hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great rooms, phantastic bed, beautiful and large bathroom. Everything is absolutely clean and lovely. A pity that the roof terrace is still under construction, such a beautiful place. Parking spaces at the back of the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is just a few minutes walk to the main attractions of Berat. Breakfast in the hotel next door was good. I have only one complaint - I am aware that especially in Berat unfortunately it seems to be tradition: Throughout the city, it seems to be a common practice to keep birds in tiny cages everywhere. This is terrible and animal cruelty. I hope this tradition ends soon. Unfortunately, in the breakfast room, I also had to watch two poor birds that were not allowed to enjoy any freedom of movement or daylight. A big request to the hotel management: please change this tradition, at least within your sphere of influence. Thank you!"
