„Perfect for our mother daughter getaway! So close to the beach it is practically in your backyard. The cottage is small, adorable and charming. The deck and outdoor shower were super nice. We recommend renting a golf cart for easy trips to center street. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!“

„We absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Kokomo Cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and exactly what we needed after a hectic tax season. Rather heading to Folley Beach, or downtown Charleston for a day of shopping, sightseeing or an incredible dinner, the Cottage is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Owners ensure your privacy and were very helpful, as needed! We loved our vacation and didn't want to leave! Thanks Ken and Christine!!!“

„My boyfriend and I planned this trip to the beach with the intentions on being in a location that would allow for easy access to multiple beaches and locations throughout Charleston. The location was perfect and allowed for us to explore not only Folly beach (just a short 12 minute drive), but Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, and Kiawah. „I was visiting my son for the holidays and needed a place to stay. This house was perfect. Loved walking around the yard looking at the plants or sitting outside on the covered patio. The house was decorated for Christmas. It was well-stocked for me to cook meals. The host communicates quickly. There is a guest book with recommendations. The host even offered a bottle of wine! Great host. Darling place. I enjoyed my stay.“

„Our host were most helpful and attentive during our stay. Every detail mentioned in the listing was accurate. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our two labs enjoyed the large fenced in yard on the occasions when I didn't walk them in the neighborhood. We drove our Airstream van and were offered the opportunity to plug in to keep the fridge cold and batteries charged. I would highly recommend anyone this place.“

„Dana vom Empfang war sehr nett. Unser Gepäck könnten wir ab 11 Uhr abgeben. Das Zimmer gab es an 15 Uhr. Wir kannten stayApt schon aus San Antonio. Gerade die Küche ist hilfreich. Mir persönlich würde im Bad eine Dusche reichen. Hier gibt es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Das Hotel ist recht neu. Der Gesamteindruck ist positiv. “
