„Cabin was very clean and modern, while keeping the log cabin feel. Owners have thought of everything, with little touches all over the place (seating by creek on trails, buckets to carry wood, life jackets for the boats, etc.). Offering the wood for purchase (honor system) was also a great perk. We caught many fish at the lake, saw all kinds of interesting animals (giant turtle, woodpeckers, owl). Truly a wonderful place!“

„We are huge fans of Abby Shores. Two days of rain didn’t limit our fun. The day with sun was certainly a blast with the expansive yard and lake access, and all the watercraft options. On the rainy days, a combination of our own favorite games and those supplied kept us happy and busy. You get a great balance of privacy, the feeling of being quite a bit farther up north, and also close enough access to town and local bars. „It was a great place, we loved the garage, we had a bags tourney with the family in the garage, it was a lifesaver with the all day rain. The kitchen is a cooks kitchen all the way, and the basement was fun with the dart board and big tv. „Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. „We got there and it was out in the woods just what we wanted. Had a small issue at check in but was handled very quickly. The house has everything you need plenty of space for the kids. Close to everything. My kids and my husband loved it just what we needed. We will be back for sure.“

„Wanted somewhere not too far away but far enough to have some piece and quite. This was the right place. We had a cookout and visited the Dells (20) minutes away. This spot is IDEAL for a family that wants to spend a couple days in the Dells without having to eat out and stay in a hotel. Great spot and affordable . We enjoyed our time there. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it’s not big but it’s nice and can sleep 6 with no problems“
