„The outdoor sitting areas were not usable as they were very dirty with cobwebs on the cushions and ugly large spiders crawling around on the outdoor equipment and front door areas. The keypad failed each time we returned to the property and required us contacting the VRBO team and them then contacting the property team to reset the keypad before we could get in.
