Als letzte Nacht vor dem Rückflug war's OK, aber so als Aufenthaltsort und für mehrere Übernachtungen eignet sich dieses Hotel nicht.

Friendly Staff, Comfortable Stay
The staff stayed late to welcome us, spoke English fluently, were friendly, and even made espresso for us in the morning. The property is comfortable and quiet, in a small town about an hour from Mt. Etna and an hour from Siracusa.

Residence tranquillo e comodo
Il Residence è in una zona molto tranquilla. L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato era molto pulito, ampio e luminoso. La cucina con piano cottura, frigo e forno a microonde è attrezzata del necessario . La colazione è semplice ma discreta. Il servizio reception è attento e puntuale.

Bra boende i en fantastisk stad
Superfin stad, bra läge för att utforska området. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra hotell som vi kan rekommendera. Vi var chockade över alla sopor som slängs i naturen och efter vägarna men i Santa Anastasia var det bra. Det bästa är småbyarna och Etna men som sagt soporna gör att man aldrig vill återkomma

Super cozy
I always love staying here whenever I am in town for work. The women at the front desk are always extremely friendly and the rooms are very nice. Weather was wonderful for my last visit, I slept with the windows open every night! Great location and close to several good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Just adequate
The room (ground floor) felt very cramped and out dated. The few kitchen items they did have (plates, glasses and utensils) were not clean at all. The wardrobe was inconvenient as it was so high up I could not reach the hanger rail. Just did not feel comfortable in the room however the breakfast food and room was fine.

Séjour agréable et calme à MOTTA Sant Anastasia
Séjour dans Motta Résidence très agréable. Très grande chambre plus séjour et coin cuisine. Literie confortable. Belle salle de bain. Le tout au calme et très propre. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Le personnel à l'arrivée comme au départ très à l'écoute et souriant. Je recommande pour un séjour au calme avant retour à l'aéroport de Catania à environ 15 Kms soit 20 minutes de voiture.

Very kind and helpful staff, they made us feel at home, room was clean all the time but in need of some renovation and maintenance. The roof terrace and the small pool were in bad condition but overall the hotel was comfortable and quite. I would visit again and I hope it will be in better shape next time. I recommend you visit with your car or rental.

Albergo pulito ed essenziale.
C'è quello che serve. Un letto, una scrivania, un armadio e il bagno. Le camere sono fornite di condizionatore e TV. Ho trovato il palo della doccia smontato ma probabilmente non è stato mai segnalato. Alcuni accessori del bagno erano stati rovinati da prodotti di pulizia non adatti probabilmente. Se si correggono queste cose si raggiunge davvero il massimo in quanto a pulizia. Mai visto un WC così bianco. La colazione a buffet è completa e abbondante. Il personale è cordiale e ci si trova spesso a scambiare due parole con il proprietario, un arzillo 75 enne che ne dimostra 10 in meno. Le hostess alla reception sono gentilissime e disponibilissime. Tornando da Etnaland i vestiti erano bagnati e sarebbero serviti per l'escursione sull'Etna. La ragazza della reception ci ha così offerto il servizio di asciugatura dell'hotel. Il parcheggio è piccolo ma proporzionato al numero di stanze. Gli esterni sono curati! Si tratta di una palazzina adibita ad hotel. Quindi si dispone di veri e propri appartamenti e all'esterno presenta un giardinetto molto curato e una terrazza all'aperto per la colazione. Per chi volesse è disponibile anche una vasca idromassaggio che funge da mini piscina. Non è troppo lontano dalle statali e quindi in 10 minuti è possibile raggiungere tutto il territorio catanese.

Decent place but be careful where you park..
Stay was pretty good. Not really spectacular views, but the hotel personnel were accomodating. Worse part of the trip was the car was broken into for a cell phone cable...nothing else was taken but that. Must not be the best area to be in...

Cozy hotel, with apartments for rooms
Motta Residence Hotel is a nice hotel, situated not too far from the center of Motta (a small town), near Catania and Mount Etna. It holds 20 apartments, which varies in sizes. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony, nice sized bedroom, OK bathroom. Really nice staff, most of them speak fairly good English (unlike most Italiens!). Small but OK breakfast. Free parking. Just overall a nice place, nothing too fancy, but never needed anything. And I definately woke up Happy every morning :)
