Prima Lage in der Altstadt, Nähe der alten Brücke. Außergewöhnliches, üppiges Frühstück!! Bedienung immer freundlich. Nach anfänglichem Problem - das reservierte und bestätigte Zimmer mit Aufpreis war bereits fälschlicherweise an andere vergeben .....- fand der Manager die gute Lösung eines noch besseren Upgrades für uns Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen!

We loved the location just a few minutes walk from the Mostar Bridge and restaurants. Our airconditioning was not working but the staff gave us a new room the next day which was great. Would recommend staying here as everything is walkable.

Location, location, location. There are wifi and tv issues. Parking is tough to find for free; I'm guessing it's impossible to find parking in the summer. Overall, worth it, as it was one of the most affordable hotels in the area.

otel konum itibari ile stari-grad 'ın içinde yer alıyor. konumu çok ama çok iyi. Temiz ve düzenli bir otel. çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyorlar. kahvaltısına bayıldık. son gün erken çıkmamız gerektiğinden kalvaltıyı kaçıracaktık ama sağolsunlar yolda yememiz için kalvaltılık hazırlayıp bıraktılar girişe. Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Teşekkür ederiz.

Good stay for an overnight stop in old town
They gave us the family room 106&107, located on the first floor (one flight of stairs above ground level). We are thankful to the staff for helping us with our luggages. The rooms are not spacious but just right for three of us. Wifi in the rooms were terrible. The location of the hotel is very good too, near the drop-off point and very near the old bridge too.

My son and I were graciously welcomed and walked to our room. The room was clean and above expectations. There is a restaurant attached and tons nearly as this hotel is in old town very close to the old bridge. I enjoyed the cobblestone Path and my toddler enjoyed venturing the streets. The shops were beautiful and everyone I encountered was lovely and very helpfu!

Great Place in the Heart of Old Town
Super friendly staff, clean rooms, great food, and Great location. Only problem was that our AC was broken but they quickly got a person to fix it when they realized the problem was more serious than a bad remote. Strongly recommend!

スタリ・モスト橋のすぐそば。周りはお土産物やレストランなどがあり困らない。ホテル自体にレストランが併設されており、最初はレセプションがどこか分かりませんでした。併設のレストランで食事をすると10%割引と言っていたような。部屋は清潔で綺麗。シャワーもカーテンではなく、ガラス扉で仕切られていてレインフォール付きです。洗面台もオシャレです。１人で寝泊まりするには充分ですが強いて言えば、冷蔵庫と物を置けるスペースというか机とかあれば良かったかなと。

We stayed at a Deluxe Double room which is annexed to the Reception and Breakfast building, and it looks like the room has been recently refurbished. It was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is the best - it's right smack in the Old Town and we walked to all the highlights. Public parking is only about 20m away from the hotel - you need to pay in the local currency at a self=service machine when you exit. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was a spread of about 20 small plates of mezes. Staff speak excellent English. We loved our stay!

I would recommend this place. It is great value for money, people are helpful and friendly. Rooms are rather small but cozy and modern. Restaurant is cheap and dishes are tasty. Only one small mishap happened during my stay: I asked the receptionist to fix me some early breakfast and call me a taxi for my morning flight; however, the taxi never came and was apparently not ordered. The reception was also closed. Be aware if you are leaving in the morning that the reception may be closed, and taxis can be really hard to come by in the early morning hours.

Una muy buena experiencia. Llegamos que estaba lloviendo y el titular nos recibió muy gentilmente y pidió las llaves del carro y él personalmente fue a estacionarlo y nos trajo nuestras maletas. Nos entregó el cuarto sin ningún preámbulo y se mostró muy disponible. Al otro día nos dio Todas las indicaciones para movernos tanto en la ciudad como en el camino para llegar al siguiente punto donde íbamos que era Dubrovnik. Estaba lloviendo nos prestó un paraguas. I booked Quadruple room but they gave us tiny single room without explanation. I did not want to argue because I was tired and wanted get a rest first. Breakfast is okay and it is located at heart of old town. Make sure you getting a room you booked. I will not recommend anyone because of dishonest.

Just steps away from the Old Bridge, Hotel Emen is an affordable place to stay with a very good restaurant. The staff is friendly, and goes out of their way to accommodate you. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay
Warm welcome from staff from day one. The hotel has a large restaurant, which serves brillian traditional breakfast, also offers lunch and dinner with discount for hotel guests. Room was very clean. Facility was in good condition, but I found damp issue on the washrrom door frame. Not a problem for my stay. My room was facing the back and it was quiet day and night. But sound from other guests from the corridor could be loud. Bed was large and comfortable. There's also a upper floor terrace outside that you can relax. Location is inside the old town near one of the entrances. The entire town is small so you can reach almost everywhere on foot. Accepts card or cash payments.
