The apartment is located very centrally in Morzine, opposite the Pleney Telecabine. The town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants is right outside the apartment.

The open plan living area has a dining table that seats 6 people and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob,microwave, kettle, and toaster. There is a Bose Speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK Freesat and French TV, Netflix, PS4 Games Console and Free WiFi and a washing machine and tumble dryer

The 4 person Jacuzzi is tucked away nicely on the terrace.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which can be made king-sized doubles or 2 singles. The bunk room can sleep 2 adults comfortably in a fixed double bed or alternatively can sleep 2 adults and one child in the top bunk.
