Hi Tamara, Thanks so much for your review. All our rooms have plates, bowles,knife,fork and spoons in mircowaves, due to all our rooms being booked by trades workers 99% of the time. In regards to air conditioning, i checked that is working, but noted it was set on warm, as Morwell weather changes as you would noticed from warm to cold very quickly.
