„Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. “

„This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls. ...

„The property is great. My only challenge was the master bedroom is located next to a busy street. So the traffic was a little loud. Also, the security gate shares the same wall as the bed, so as people walked in, the gate would slam- which was very loud. But the owners have no control over that. The owners were super organized, loved the color coded keys and lock box. Everything was in pristine condition. “

"This hotel is a great place to stay, offering a stunning sea view right on the cliff edge. We loved the direct beach access via stairs and also enjoyed the small pool and hot tub. The basic breakfast on the terrace was nice, few tables available but with beautiful views. A couple of things to note, however: the beach is better suited for a lovely walk rather than swimming, as there were a lot of mussels and algae. We were also a bit disappointed by the noise from a lawnmower during breakfast time which interrupted an otherwise peaceful morning. Overall we would recommend this hotel for a stop along the California coast especially for the incredible views and a good offer during weekdays. "
