„Five stars plus. This is a clean, comfortable, and modern house located on Mallet Bay. It is an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Burlington. There is direct access to a small beach, and the owner supplied all the beach accessories. The waters of the bay ripple to the beach and are not very deep along the shore line. This was perfect for our young grandchildren. The room sizes are large, and the beds are comfortable. The 5 year old enjoyed sleeping on the bunk bed above his parents’ bed. ...

„The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe ...
