„The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. „Very nice house—clean, updated, and in a great location. Far enough from town to feel quiet, but still close, and conveniently near the park where we spent most of our time. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring. Two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend this place“

„Not a transparent transaction. Large deposit was not clearly disclosed and then held for 15 days after we vacated because "that is the policy". This transaction involved Expedia, the Local Agency and VRBO. It required numerous phone calls to find out when our deposit would be returned. None of these agencies would accept responsibility .“
