I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church. I'm not religious but the building is beautiful and packed with history.

The twin room we had was a very generous size, we even a sitting area and an ouside area. The staff at the Inn we really nice to deal with and very helpful. We arrived in time to have food at the Inn, which was really nice. We'd definitely stay there again.“

Unfortunately, there is some not so great items to note. The housekeeping was not good. In my opinion, the universal standard for replacing towels is to leave them in the shower/tub or on the floor which I did on two days. On one of these days the staff placed the used towels back on the towel rack and no fresh towels were given. No excuse for this type of action in the service industry. Also, the floor of my room was dirty upon arrival and never vacuumed during a 5 night stay. I did request a vacuuming but only one room was done. Full trash cans were not emptied daily. Lastly, the bedding was never changed during my stay. I requested a bedding change on the third day. The young lady simply removed the top sheet and never replaced it.
The Great Malvern Hotel is a nice hotel and I would recommend it to others but that recommendation would come with a room cleanliness caution. "
