"My stay at the Taj Mahal Towers in Mumbai was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. I would especially like to highlight Rashi and Yamini at the reception, Dipchand from the concierge team, and Gurwinder at the entrance, who always welcomed me with a warm and genuine smile. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and consistently helpful. My special requests were also carefully considered and handled with great attention, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous and always had a smile on their face, making the stay even more pleasant. From the very first moment, you truly feel welcomed and well taken care of. This was already my second stay with Taj in Mumbai, and once again it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this hotel."

Das Personal war unglaublich aufmerksam – man musste sich kaum bemerkbar machen, und schon wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Besonders beeindruckend war die Flexibilität: Selbst wer kein würziges Essen bevorzugt, bekommt hier alles individuell angepasst. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber, das Frühstück vielfältig und köstlich, mit einer großen Auswahl an Eierspeisen und frischen Spezialitäten. Auch die Fitnessmöglichkeiten und das Spa ließen keine Wünsche offen – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Der Hair Salon war ebenfalls hervorragend und rundete das Verwöhnprogramm perfekt ab. Insgesamt eine traumhafte Erfahrung – Luxus, Service und Wohlbefinden auf höchstem Niveau. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt. "

"Trotz der guten Lage direkt am Flughafen absolut keine Empfehlung. Sehr unfreundliches Personal ( bis auf eine Ausnahme), schikanöser Check In, mit der Aufforderung, das gescannte Reisegepäck, das am Fußboden liegt, zu durchsuchen ( äußerst unbequem und unhygienisch), um dann eine winzige Nagelhautschere konfisziert zu bekommen, die bislang in meinem Handgepäck an den Flughäfen akzeptiert wurde. Ansonsten unappetitliches, nicht frisches Frühstück mit angetrocknetem Käse, ungenießbar altem Gebäck etc. "
