„Good time and peaceful on the lake. The house needs updates, like the dinky shower hand held wand, its really for campers not houses, we replaced light bulbs. There was no coffee ir hot chocolate, which you offered, the beds were ok, the tv only worked if you paid for ut??? “

„This was exactly what we were looking for - small, cozy cabin for my family! We didn’t spend a ton of time at the VRBO as we were out and about. Ruth was fantastic to communicate with! She left a bottle of wine, had plenty of pamphlets of the area and everything you’d need (stocked kitchen, plenty of blankets (it was chilly when we stayed).My kids loved the lake and “fished”. I would 100% book again.“

„We had a wonderful time! The property was clean, well taken care of and honestly an amazing layout! The property is about a 1 minute drive away from a nice restaurant and across the way is a well stocked grocery/party store. Also, only ten minutes away from down town mackinaw. Which is perfect to stay out of town but close enough to make a late night ice cream run! “

„Great cottage on beautiful Brevort Lake. House was extremely clean and comfortable with bedding and towels supplied aa well as kitchen stocked with all the utensils we needed. The fire pit area right on the lakefront is awesome and was enjoyed every night. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful and relaxing time in the beautiful UP.“

„We absolutely loved staying at this cabin. It is a one of a kind cabin, thoughtfully restored to transport you back in time. It's unique. A very old propane stove and irefrigerator add to the charm. Because it's an old home, don't expect to have all of the modern comforts - but if you want to connect to nature and disconnect from the modern world (like we did) then look no further. „We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little cottage. Very clean and a terrific location. Being right on the lake was tremendous and we enjoyed using their kayaks and fire pit. A 10 minute drive to Mackinaw City was key as we picked up the ferry to go visit the island. Two thumbs up!“

„The name of the property says it all!! The one room cabin was a perfect get away. There was access to the bike trail directly across the street and the 7 mile bike ride into town was very nice. It was nice to “come home” each night to our own place. There were no issues - the binder of information regarding the property was helpful and the cookies were delicious!“
