„The location and property itself were great, but we had a few issues during our stay. The hot water heater was not working when we arrived, so we were unable to take showers for the first two days. To the owner's credit, it was eventually repaired.There was also a persistent musty odor throughout the unit. In addition, the listing advertised air conditioning, but the seasonal AC units had not yet been installed, making it difficult to cool the place down and sleep comfortably.As a final first ...

„The place was very clean and welcoming. They had a cute amenities area and slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. The only issue we had was it was extremely hot and humid and only 1 bedroom had an AC unit. The ac unit in the living room was not doing a good job of cooling the place down. So just be aware if you’re arriving in the summer time, we spent all of our time in the one air conditioned bedroom to escape the heat.“

The rooms were so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds. This home was very reasonably priced and managed very well by Kristine. „It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.“
