„Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the ...

„As the listing states, the property has some character. Overall, our group was happy with our stay. We had an issue/miscommunication early on but the host and their team were quick to address it. For anyone looking for a home to stay in rather than Foxwoods or Mohegan, this is a great option.“

„There unfortunately are some issues that need to be fixed for this place to be a good experience for large groups. Some of the A/Cs were not working and the dumpsters being full made it difficult to dispose our trash after our stay. We also noticed mice and mice droppings and that the bathroom door didn't lock or have toilet paper. With the heat, it did not make the stay pleasant. But was very disappointed on the outcome of the house when we checked in and the experience we had during our stay. ...

„Our host was amazing from the first day we booked through checkout. The property was so much fun and the views were incredible. No complaints!“

„Soild communication with last minute reservation - very responsive to questions. Space exceeded expectations. Very beautiful home, high quality furnishings, amazing views, plenty of extras. Pool table was a big hit. Loved this home and the stay. A+++“

„Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard“

„Great location for family gathering! Casino, shopping, restaurants, historic area, great fenced backyard and playhouse in addition to an amazing well appointed home that had plenty of room for our blended family. This is situated right off the green and very convenient! The down side to this is that from the front rooms at night you may hear traffic, so light sleepers should get the rooms (there are 8 with 1 very small tandem bedroom) farther back in the house. We will definitely go back!“

„Super short stay but welcoming, clean and convenient for location“

„Our hosts were very accessible throughout our stay and addressed minor issues quickly. The single level sleeping areas were great for our elderly parents and the beds were super comfortable! The property is obviously getting updated and the updates are very nice. While it sits close to a main road, none of our group reported having trouble sleeping due to traffic noise. Due to the "woodsy" nature of the property, there are a lot of bumble bees, wasps and spiders that on occasion may find their ...

„Host was completely unresponsive. Pool was not open and we got continued false promises for when it would be available. Housekeeping was still at the property 45 minutes after check in time. Basic necessities were not provided, like sponge, dish soap, kitchen garbage bags. Backyard was a mess, with overturned table, unmowed grass. Would not recommend this property.“

„This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.“
