„We needed a place to stay for the practice rounds of the Open at St. Andrews and this idyllic town on the River Tay was perfect. The pictures are quite accurate, but remember, if you’re visiting in summer, that this house and nearly all of Scotland has no air conditioning. We bought two tower fans and left them for others who might need in order to sleep at night. The kitchen was complete, the lining room large, the TV worked well and the beds comfortable. „We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. Grocery nearby as well as another shop that sold great pastries. Close to the train station, we walked less than 10 minutes.“

„The inside of the property is very nice, but I was a tad nervous about the location once we arrived. Loved having three rooms. Water pressure was good. Bed comfort was decent. Booking via third party wasn't the easiest to get check-in info. “

„Owners welcoming and did their best to make sure everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean and well appointed so that everything you needed had been provided. Tranquil setting. Lots of room for parking and table and chairs outside for al fresco eating. Roomy accommodation. Separate living room so TV or children could be separate. 2 en suites and a separate bathroom so every bedroom was catered for.“

„Our stay at the Grand Mansion in Aberdeen, Scotland was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an overwhelming scent from an incense diffuser, clearly meant to mask other less pleasant odors. The carpet was filthy, the walls were visibly dirty, and the linens and towels were used and unwashed. Things like wet wipes on the toilets were dried out and hadn’t been touched for years.
