The Space:
Booking for a large family or group? Why not spread out and enjoy the luxury of an entire floor in these two beautiful apartments combined for an incredible stay in the bohemian, youthful Le Plateau neighborhood?

→ 5 BEDROOMS and common area sleep space provide accommodations for up to 18 as such:

BEDROOM 1: 2 double beds
BEDROOM 2: 2 double beds
BEDROOM 3: 1 king bed
BEDROOM 4: 1 king bed
BEDROOM 5: At the end of the 2nd living area, there is a semi-private third bedroom featuring a twin bed that can be converted into a larger bed (using two twin-size mattresses). It includes a dresser and a desk, and a curtain can be extended for added privacy.
LIVING AREA 1: 2 twin beds (it's a twin daybed that converts to two twin beds)
LIVING AREA 2: 1 single futon bed

→ 2 LIVING ROOMS! One with a large, sunny open space with a sofa, Smart TV, and a desk. The other is also luminous and features a futon sofa bed and Smart TV plus a daybed with trundle under the window. Both make for spectacular spaces to relax and enjoy time together when not out sightseeing. You can connect to your Netflix, Web channels or other streaming TV service on the Smart TVs to enjoy entertainment when relaxing at home.

→ 2 fully-equipped KITCHENS! Both have everything you'd need (in fact TWO of everything) to prepare meals at home from high-end large and small appliances, coffee makers, hot water kettles, toasters, microwaves, cookware and dishes

→ 2.5 BATHROOMS: one is a full bath, a half bath, and one with a shower and sink (no toilet).

The neighbourhood is teeming with theatres, restaurants, bars, and shops. The action is concentrated around Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard, as well as nearby thoroughfares such as Rachel, Mont-Royal, Duluth and Prince-Arthur.

Getting Around:
The apartment building is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you.

Once you’re here, you can walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under 30 min! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Blue line)

If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on main avenues such as Ave Mont-Royal. Most secondary streets in the area are reserved for permit holders only. You can purchase one permit for $8 every 24 hrs entering the code PMR02 in any parking kiosk (please remember to leave the permit on your dashboard). *WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS*

- Perfect for groups - we manage 2 other units in the building, so if you need more space, contact us for a special offer.
- In the heart of St-Laurent's vibrant nightlife, steps away from the best bars, restaurants, and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night.
- Incredible spot for digital nomads and longer stays.
- All taxes (GST & QST) are included in your price. We can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
- The apartments are on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb 2 flights.

Keeping It Chill:
- This area buzzes with energy day and night
- 3 of the bedrooms face onto St. Laurent Street (heart of Montreal's famous nightlife). Usually, the white noise from the ACs or fans helps a lot. (we provide earplugs for light sleepers.)
- The apartment has independent AC units, except for 2 bedrooms that share the living room AC. Closing the curtains helps keep those bedrooms cool during the day.
- Bachelor/bachelorette crews welcome! Just keep the party at the nearby amazing clubs after 10 pm
- The apartment might have a noise monitoring device (NoiseAware) - it only measures volume, no recordings!
- NO SMOKING of any kind inside, please (helps us keep the space fresh for everyone). If smoking is detected, we will have to charge for the deep cleaning of carpets and furniture.
- If you are having a great time, please don't jump or dance - the restaurant below won't be happy.

- Main guest must be 18+ to book
- No shoes inside (protect those gorgeous floors!)
- Pets are allowed, subject to approval. Let us know if you are travelling with your furry friend, and please no paws on the furniture (extra cleaning fees might apply)
- We'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement accepting the house rules
- On some booking platforms, there will be a temporary security deposit hold, funds released after checkout (when all is well!)
- You may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during your stay for identity verification.

Safety First:
- Two flights of stairs to your apartments (#3 and #4). Please be careful, especially if you are travelling with little ones.
- Please keep windows closed (they don't meet safety regulations). The apartment has an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
- There is a balcony with a ladder for an emergency exit. You can enjoy a coffee sitting on that balcony. Children must be supervised closely to prevent falls through the opening where the ladder is located. This opening is between the two units and is covered by a 2-foot pet fence for safety. The balcony is shared between the two apartments, there is no privacy screen between them.
- Smoke and noise detectors must stay connected; please don't tamper with them.
- Keep an eye on the little ones in common areas, corridors and stairs
- Please no candles, incense or any burnable object with flames inside the apartment.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed.

Great place for a Bachelor Party!

Just based on the map, we felt this was the perfect location for a weekend bachelor getaway. There were 11 of us. Theres plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to 2 metro stations and 1 bus stop. The host was very accomodating and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. Check-out process was easy. Would absolutely stay again with another big group!

Amazing stay! Pablo was a great host, very responsive every time I reached out and always helpful. The double apartments were closer together than we expected which was great, because we did not feel very separated. The living room of the larger unit was thankfully large enough to fit all 18 of us when not sleeping, so meals and hanging out were comfortable. We loved these apartments are were honestly shocked at the size and cleanliness considering its prime location. 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you for having us :)

This property was in the heart of Montreal, with shops and restaurants steps away. We thought the photos didn't do justice do the space itself, as it's really quite nice, although some of the bedrooms were pretty small. The owner was extremely communicative and made things easy.

Apartment had lots of beds and was able to accommodate our family get together - however, we had a number of issues complaints: - there was BLOOD on one of our pillow cases which was really gross and unsanitary - the listing is actually two apartments separated by a hallway, not a single connected unit - it is above one of the craziest and loudest nightlife scenes I have ever witnessed (maybe a positive but not for our family) - very strange/bad smell that I dreaded coming home to - bedrooms do not have AC so had to keep doors open to get air flow - one of the bathroom sink drains didn’t drain properly - some of the lightbulbs were burned out - could not talk directly to owner but rather through an agency that was very hard to communicate with For the price we paid, all the above was not acceptable.

Perfect Location - Walking, Biking or Driving

Our twin units were clean and scent free (thank goodness, as we have sensitive noses). The appliances worked as expected, though the cooking utensils and supplies were a bit random (no pasta pot). Beds were comfortable, but there were signs of wear and tear in the common areas. Overall it was a good experience. Our host responded quickly to our questions, in a polite and pleasant manner. The location worked well, with us walking or biking to many of the favorite destinations (Old Montreal, Downtown etc). Parking was a little tricky at first, but once we figured it out there weren't any problems. I would consider staying here again, though I might also look for a place with fewer stairs. People with knee problems and the like will have a difficult time.

These spaces are beautiful, modern, and very clean. The property is well-located so that there’s easy access by walking or car to most of the major attractions in Montreal. The neighborhood is lively and vibrant with many restaurants, bars, clubs, and shops. There’s a grocery store and a pharmacy just down the block. The host was very communicative and friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this spacious apartment on St Laurent Blvd. This place is perfect for a large group, offering the entire third floor with two combined apartments. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of the vibrant Le Plateau neighborhood, with a Walk Score of 99. The apartments are newly renovated with gorgeous designer decor, featuring 4 spacious bedrooms and common areas that can accommodate up to 18 guests. The two fully-equipped kitchens made meal preparation easy, and the two living areas provided ample space for relaxation and socializing. The owner was fantastic, very responsive, and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to major Montreal attractions, parks, and a variety of dining options added to the convenience. The vibrant nightlife adds to the excitement of the area, making it a lively and energetic place to stay. Overall, this apartment is an excellent choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Montreal with a large group. Highly recommended!

Spotlessly clean and newly renovated, the apartment could not have been better located for an amazing weekend in Montreal. Visited Montreal for a friend's bday. There were 9 of us total and the apartments were exactly as listed. Very clean. Comfortable beds. You are on a street that has a lot of nightlife. We enjoyed it, but you may encounter some noise at night. Very happy we stayed there. Two things that could be improved: 1. There were no hand towels for bathroom or kitchen 2. There needed to be a few more linens and pillow cases. Apart from that, a great find!!

We had 5 kids, 6 adults and an infant total and these two apartments had plenty of space. The location was great for sightseeing all over Montreal. The location would be perfect for people interested in clubbing as the street was packed till 4am! If you are a family like us, you may consider bringing some ear plugs. Overall, the apartments had everything we needed. Consider bringing a few amenities that where not included: such as dish towel, paper towels, toilet paper, spatula, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent. There are pharmacies and dollar store a few blocks away to purchase what you need. Restaurants, coffee, ice cream all around apartment was amazing. Owner was very accommodating when we needed help with WiFi, door codes and other questions. Would recommend staying here!
