Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Oldtown von Montreal, wirklich um die Ecke zu NotreDame und all den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Galerien und Restaurants. Die MitarbeiterInnen ware ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (Danke insbesondere an Michele beim CheckIn für die Tipps in der Umgebung). Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Stadt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war im EG, direkt gegenüber von der Rezeption; sehr sauber und für uns auch absolut geräumig. Wir hörten nachts nichts von anderen Gästen die hier vorbeigegangen sein mussten. Das Frühstück ist kontinental und alles frisch und auch reichhaltig. Das Auto wird geparkt und auf Zuruf "steht es vor der Türe", TOP!

Schon mal in einer Kneipe uebernachtet ?
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Epik war ... ueberraschend. Wir buchten extra dieses Hotel wegen der tollen Bewertungen und der zentralen Lage sowie der Naehe des Kreuzfahrtterminals, von wo aus wir entspannt eine Kreuzfahrt starten wollten. Wir erhielten, womit wir garnicht rechneten und was ich zunaechst fuer einen Witz hielt, das Zimmer direkt gegenueber der Rezeption, welches insofern neben der Bar, neben der Rezeption und neben der bewirtschafteten Aussenterrasse lag und es somit in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft unseres Zimmers bis Punkt 12.00 h Mitternacht sehr laut und belebt war. Trotz Weigerung wollte/konnte man uns kein anderes Zimmer geben, obwohl zumindest noch die Dachebene frei war. Das Zimmer 100 ist eine Zumutung fuer Ruhesuchende und ein wahres Glueck fuer jemanden, der Partystimmung bis in die Nacht liebt. Wir erhielten zur Kompensation zwar eine Flasche Hauswein, jedoch haetten wir gerne darauf verzichtet, da uns eine Nacht in einer anderen Etage mehr zugesagte. Die Hotelangestellten waren zwar nett, aber nicht fuer einen hausinternen Umzug zugaenglich. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres fruehen Einzugs waren die Zimmer zudem noch nicht alle vergeben und eine Umquartierung waere wohl moeglich gewesen. Durch die guenstige hotels.com-Buchung hat man uns meines Erachtens aber gegenueber den Hotel-Direktbuchern schlechtergestellt. Das Hotel ist prima, jedoch nicht das Zimmer 100 ... zumindest waren wir seeeehr unzufrieden damit.

The sound proofing in this boutique hotel was horrible. You hear doors shutting, people walking around and talking like they were right outside your door. Yet it was only the normal day to day traffic. Beds were not comfortable either. For the price, was not worth it. Location, you can’t beat but so many other wonderful hotels around that provide a higher end stay for the same price.

Very comfortable room, loved the location at the old port. Easy walk to metro station. Location right on St Paul central to all things at Old Port . Was visiting during off season, so it was quiet …prob a lot crowded/ busy during summer .

Vieux Port is simply amazing and Hotel Epik is siituated in the heart. Authentic "Vieux Port" vibe and the most incredible personal and informed service. For a small property they offer so much and expertly. Absolutely love Hotel Epik and this may be my new "go to" in downtown Montreal.

Lovely Boutique Hotel in Old Montreal
This is a lovely boutique hotel. It has a fantastic staff who effortlessly slip between French and English depending on their clients. It's a well managed, professional and friendly place. The staff provided a unique and surpisingly customized continental breakfast which is a huge step up from the bland continental breakfasts you might find elsewhere. If you can't walk up a couple of flights of stairs, then you should probably consider another place. But chances are if you are walking around old Montreal, then you likely won't have any problem handling a staircase that ultimately takes you to a lovely room. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Cozy and quaint in Old Montreal. We stayed in the King Suite and loved the preserved architecture and rustic feel of the bedroom balanced perfectly with a fully modern bathroom. Great location - walking distance to restaurants, bars, waterfront, etc. Note there is no elevator but the concierge volunteered to help with bags. Overall a great spot - we will return.

The room was lovely, wonderful rain shower. Staff was friendly and switched beautifully between English and French to accommodate the guests and make them feel welcomed and understood. The continental breakfast was wonderful and such a surprise. Each table had their own individual basket containing quality items. We almost skipped the breakfast, expecting a buffet of sweet pastries. We are so glad we did not skip it. It really sealed our plan to return to this hotel.

For a short stay in Old Montreal - Hotel Epik is a smart choice. Boutique style hotel with large rooms. The lobby needs a renovation (probably less cafe tables and chairs and more soft furnishings) but the rooms fine. For the price, it's a great deal.

Bonjour,Je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre court séjour avec nous. Notre hôtel a seulement 10 chambres, donc nous n'avons pas de stationnement, mais il y a plusieurs options à proximité (2 stationnements publics extérieurs à 1 min de marche en arrière de l'hôtel et 1 3ème à 5min de marche (semi-intérieur) au port de Montréal). Je suis navrée que notre déjeuner ne vous ai pas plu également. J'espère que vous avez tout de même apprécié pour soirée à Montréal.Épikement

The Epik Hotel is in a very good location for exploring old Montreal. Bed very comfortable, excellent shower. The basket breakfast was less than desirable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with getting around old Montreal. This hotel is probably over priced compared to others in the vicinity and does not look like pictures on Hotels.com
