The Space:

This modern one-bedroom condo offers 600 sq. ft. (55 m²), large windows, and abundant natural light. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a dining area for four, a comfortable living room, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Bed linens, high-speed Internet, electricity, and hot water are included. The building features 24/7 surveillance cameras and secure access codes.



Guest Access:

The apartment is located on Saint-Denis Street, above the Montek Solutions Computer store. Upon arrival, you will find a digital keypad on the door handle. Access codes for the main entrance and your apartment will be provided once your reservation and registration have been confirmed.



Before arrival, you must complete the digital registration process through the AKIA platform. This includes submitting a live selfie, a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the reservation, full payment for the stay, and a $250 preauthorization for the security deposit. Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit are accepted.



Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. Pets, parties, events, unauthorized visitors, and excessive noise are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking and vaping are also strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balconies.
