Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Montmeyan. It has a floor area of 100 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed on the mezzanine
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two shower rooms with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m) open from 1 May to 30 September
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,600 m²
- An outdoor terrace of approximately 40 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days (this terrace is covered from 15 June to 15 September)
- A covered terrace of 20 m² with furniture
- A pétanque court

The house is ideally situated in Montmeyan, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 cars)

- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, 100 km away

- The property has outdoor CCTV cameras.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided
- Pets are not permitted in the property
- The owner may occasionally stay on the property in a separate chalet, whilst taking care to ensure guests’ peace and privacy
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions.
