„Peaceful, spacious retreat. Listing is accurate. Pool and hot tub were great. Place was clean and tidy with basic sets of towels, plates, glasses, cups, pots/pans, and cooking prep tools. Owner was very responsive to all questions. Check in and check out process could have been a little clearer - no instructions for check in or WiFi access sent in advance until I requested the info. Check out info was minimal as well. For both items, when I asked questions the owner was very prompt to reply.“

„We had a great stay! For the price, you can't beat it having lake front rental with kayaks. Nice views of the lake. Very peaceful. 15-40mins away from great hiking. It was private; sometimes we heard neighbors, but rarely. House on a main road and would hear road noise, but if no cars passing, then it was quiet. We used the kayaks, and I brought my paddleboard. „Overall, it was an excellent experience. The house is small but has everything a family of four (or less) would need for a nice stay in the Catskills. The property was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there were snacks, games, kitchenware and bedding in place. Just in case it matters to you, you should be aware that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the house. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the backyard or make use of the lake. “
