„Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10 ...

„Clean home in a walkable neighborhood. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of room for all of us. I really appreciated 3.5 bathrooms to accommodate our large group.There were a few items missing when we arrived( coffe maker, extra towels...).I let the management company know- they replied almost immediately and had the items to us the next morning.The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness is some of the dishes had dried food on them as if thru dishwasher and not checked afterwards.“

„House is located in a nice residential area. The pictures look smaller than the house actually is. 4 adults and 2 children had more than enough room. Well appointed kitchen. Linens and towels were nice quality. Visiting relatives in Silver Spring and will hopefully stay again!“

„Mark's place was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and a cool, refreshing place to rest out of the heat and humidity of DC. We recommend anyone traveling with kids or who are not used to long walks from Metro stations, to grab the bus stop on Georgia Ave. It is super close to Mark's place, and then you can take it to the Shaw/Howard Metro stop to easily navigate around DC. Mark was a very responsive host.“
